CATALOGUE NUMBER EQUIVALENTS

Illustrated here are the basic 17 value, colour and perforate/imperforate variations. There are very many more shade, paper, watermark and perforation varieties.

Covered are the Scott to Stanley Gibbons equivalents. Campbell Patterson may be completed later. Campbell Patterson is the most detailed catalogue.

This is not a catalogue. For the paper, watermark, perforation and detailed colour descriptions you need to refer to the catalogues listed. The rouletted issues are not covered.

"Lowest Value"
"(   )" Indicates the lowest or lower catalogue valued stamps, used. This is a guide to collectors wanting only a representative collection, of the stamp which has the lowest catalogue value and hence is usually the most common / most commonly offered for sale. Sometimes more than one is bracketed where there are several close in value.

"Equivalence Table"
This is a Scott / Stanley Gibbons equivalence table. It does not cover rouletted or serrated perforation issues. Some of the colour descriptions do not match exactly. Where one catalogue is less detailed a number from it may appear against several numbers from the other.

This table is not warranted as exact.
