Law Associates was formed in 1994 and traded in 1994-95 and from 1997 onwards. 

It is a New Zealand Registered Company.

• as a solo consultancy
• bringing in other experts to operate in association with the businesses when appropriate
• as a resource for other consultants enlarging their pool of expertise when appropriate.

While based in Auckland the business is not limited to that area and the Principal has recent relevant Australian experience.

Independence

The business offers discreet, independent advice. It has strict standards on conflicts of interest, will reveal any which arise and decline work where the conflict causes any question over the advice which might be tendered.
